Terms of Use
By using the Wewo application, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Terms
Wewo is a mobile gaming platform providing games (hereinafter referred to as the “application”). Registration of a user account is required to use the application. The application is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use. The operator reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the application at any time without prior notice.
2. User Account
A user account is tied to a unique email address. Each email address may only be used for one account. The user is required to provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration. The user is fully responsible for securing their account, especially for protecting login credentials.
The operator is not responsible for misuse of the account by third parties. The nickname (username) must not contain vulgar, offensive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content. The operator reserves the right to modify an inappropriate nickname or block the account. The account is non-transferable – it may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another person. The user may delete their account at any time via the application settings. The operator reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict or terminate the account if these terms are violated.
3. Rules of Conduct
The user agrees that while using the application they will not:
- use cheats, bots, scripts, or other tools providing an unfair advantage,
- exploit system errors (bugs) for personal gain,
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems of the application,
- disrupt the operation of the application (e.g., by overloading servers),
- harass, insult, or otherwise behave inappropriately towards other users,
- impersonate another person or create a misleading identity.
In case of violation of these rules, the operator reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including:
- warning the user,
- temporary restriction of account functions,
- removal of in-game benefits or virtual assets,
- temporary or permanent account suspension without compensation.
4. Virtual Currency Weco
Weco coins (hereinafter referred to as “WC”) represent a virtual currency intended solely for use within the application. WC have no real (monetary) value and are not electronic money or any other regulated payment instrument.
The user acknowledges and agrees that:
- No real value
WC do not represent any property, financial instrument, or claim against the operator. Their value is purely fictional and exists only within the application. - No exchange possibility
WC cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrencies, or any other real-world value, either through the operator or third parties. - Prohibition of trading and transfers
WC may not be sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged, or otherwise traded outside functions explicitly allowed by the application. Any attempt to do so may result in removal of WC or account suspension.
No ownership rights
The user does not acquire any ownership or other proprietary rights to WC. All WC remain the property of the operator. - Right to modification and removal
The operator reserves the right at any time, without compensation, to modify how WC are obtained, used, or valued, adjust their quantity, remove, reset, or completely discontinue them. - Errors and incorrect allocation
The operator does not guarantee correct allocation of WC in case of technical errors, bugs, or third-party interference. Illegitimately obtained WC may be removed at any time. The user is not entitled to compensation or replacement if WC are lost or incorrectly assigned due to system errors. - No compensation
The user is not entitled to any financial or non-financial compensation in connection with WC, including their loss, reduction, or cancellation.
Termination upon account closure
Upon deletion or termination of a user account, all WC are forfeited without compensation. - Abuse and sanctions
Any abuse of the system (e.g., exploiting bugs, automation, fraudulent behavior) may result in removal of WC, temporary or permanent account suspension, or other measures at the operator’s discretion. - No availability guarantee
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the WC system or its functionalities.
5. Limitation of Liability
The operator provides the application “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding its availability, functionality, or error-free operation.
The operator is not liable in particular for:
- temporary or permanent unavailability of the application, its parts, or functions,
- technical errors, outages, data loss, or corruption,
- loss of game progress, virtual currencies, points, or other in-app content,
- incorrect allocation or deduction of rewards due to system errors,
- actions of other users or content created by them,
- damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application,
- third-party interference, including unauthorized account access caused by the user,
- compatibility of the application with all devices, operating systems, or their versions.
The operator is also not liable for:
- any indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or other non-material harm,
- service interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, etc.).
The user acknowledges that they use the application at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms
The operator reserves the right to unilaterally modify or amend these terms at any time. The user will be informed of significant changes via the application or email. The updated terms become effective on the date of publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the application after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the application and may delete their account.
7. Termination of Service
The operator reserves the right at any time to:
- temporarily or permanently restrict, suspend, or terminate a user account,
- remove access to the application or its features,
especially if the user:
- violates these terms,
- acts in violation of applicable laws,
- threatens the security or operation of the application,
- exploits system errors or attempts fraudulent behavior.
Account termination may occur without prior notice and without compensation.
The user acknowledges that upon account termination:
- access to all data, game progress, and virtual currency is lost,
- these cannot be restored or compensated.
The user may stop using the application at any time by deleting their account through the available feature in the application.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
